Rolling Hills Hospital Wins Construction Award for Cutting-Edge Facility

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – (Nov. 24, 2009) – Rolling Hills Hospital won the top award in the Mechanical/Institutional $2 million-$10 million category at the 2009 Construction Awards of Excellence, held by the Middle Tennessee chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Franklin-based Lee Company received the award for its $3.4 million design contract with Rolling Hills, a Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (PSI) facility. The 64,680-square-foot psychiatric hospital, built between December 2007 and January 2009, contains the latest industry technologies and amenities.

The award was given based on factors such as innovative ideas, products and methods in the project, as well as how well the project team overcame difficulties. The ABC Construction Awards of Excellence annually honors the most innovative and high-quality construction projects and safety programs. ABC is recognized as one of the leading organizations representing America’s business community and the U.S. construction industry.
